We believe that contracts can be overwhelming for people. Therefore, we make a reasonable effort to summarize the key elements of this agreement for the average person to quickly read. We do this as a convenience and entirely in our best “good faith” attempt to make life easier for you, our customer. That said, in the event of any confusion between this “Summary” and the complete terms and conditions, the complete terms and conditions are considered binding.
- For $199, you get the complete Deep Sentinel System before anyone else (1 smart hub + 3 cameras, mounting hardware, a lawn sign and some window decals)
- All Deep Sentinel systems are sold with a minimum one year commitment to LiveSentinel™ (our exclusive live video surveillance monitoring service). Under this program, you get the first 3 months of LiveSentinel™ for free. The remaining 9 months of the 1 year commitment is set at a discount of $29.99/month.
- Once the subscription has expired, you get a lifetime auto-renew discount of $29.99/month for LiveSentinel™ until you cancel the subscription. If you cancel and renew at a later date, the subscription will default to the standard price of $49.99/month.
- In order to secure this amazing discount, you agree to answer our feedback requests by email, surveys or phone call in a reasonable and timely fashion

By making your purchase, you are agreeing to the terms and condition of the Super-Early Bird Program.

The Beta System is believed to contain bugs and the primary purpose of this beta testing program is to obtain feedback on the performance of this Beta System. Users are advised to safeguard important data, to use caution and not to rely on the correct functioning or performance of the Beta Systems.
Deep Sentinel will be releasing the next version of cameras in the next few months. Beta users will receive these new cameras once they become available. These new cameras will be provided free of charge and return boxes with pre-paid shipping labels will be provided so that initial cameras can be returned.
Getting your honest and timely feedback is the critical consideration for which you are receiving the product early and being offered a lifetime of significant pricing discounts. If feedback is not provided in the time specified with the communication or in a form deemed satisfactory by Deep Sentinel in its sole judgment, Deep Sentinel has the right to revoke the Super Early-Bird Beta program (in which case you will be required to return the system in it entirety) and/or remove the Super Early-Bird discounts for ongoing service. This feedback may be requested at any time, for any reason.
It is expressly understood, acknowledge and agreed that you shall provide to Deep Sentinel reasonable suggestions, comments and feedback regarding the system, including but not limited to usability, bug reports and test results.
Deep Sentinel will contact you at times to receive feedback via phone, surveys or email. These feedback requests are reasonably designed to take only a few minutes to respond.

BILLING CYCLE AND AUTO RENEWALS
A Deep Sentinel Beta System purchase requires a minimum 1-year Service Subscription to LiveSentinel™. This 1-year Service Subscription begins with 3 months free of charge, and the remaining 9 months is set at $29.99 a month. By purchasing a 1 year subscription contract in connection with your purchase of a Deep Sentinel Security System, you will receive unlimited 24/7 monitoring by our Surveillance Team and the ability to personalize the Artificial Intelligence settings in the Deep Sentinel app.
Subscription starts when system is shipped and delivered.
After the 1 year Commitment Period, the subscription will renew month-to-month at the discounted price of $29.99, but you may cancel at anytime. Cancellations can be made any time by contacting 1-833-983-6006 or email@example.com. Any discontinuity of service invalidates future eligibility for this exclusive price, and any re-activation of service will be subject to the then-current price.

The 1-year subscription for is not transferable. The Super Early-Bird discount for LiveSentinel™ Service is also not transferable.
CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If you return your Deep Sentinel System, you will no longer be eligible for the Super Early-Bird discounts.
