This feature will allow you to receive both service and security alerts from your client’s properties via email. This means if a client has an active crime intervention or a service related issue like a camera offline, you will be alerted. This should help you be proactive in delivering our service to your clients. Notifications will include the following:

  • Low battery
  • Critically low battery
  • Battery depleted
  • Camera off-line
  • Camera re-connected
  • Hub off-line
  • Hub re-connected
  • Guard verified events & interventions
  • Emergency situations (law enforcement contacted)
  • Law enforcement on property

Please let us know the best email to register for notifications – this can be an individual email address or a central service email like or where your central alerts can be shared with all of your employees.
