Sign Up For Client System Notifications!
This feature will allow you to receive both service and security alerts from your client’s properties via email. This means if a client has an active crime intervention or a service related issue like a camera offline, you will be alerted. This should help you be proactive in delivering our service to your clients. Notifications will include the following:
- Low battery
- Critically low battery
- Battery depleted
- Camera off-line
- Camera re-connected
- Hub off-line
- Hub re-connected
- Guard verified events & interventions
- Emergency situations (law enforcement contacted)
- Law enforcement on property
Please let us know the best email to register for notifications – this can be an individual email address or a central service email like firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com where your central alerts can be shared with all of your employees.
